I been been having a problem with P800 When i try to change my Ringtone . i go Put Find Melody the Phone restart I dont know plz help

That happend to me!!!! I have a P910 now so its no longer a problem.
I don't beleive that I found a soloution - my dad now has my p800, but i did a reset when i gave it to him - I konw that that works!?
