I understand that we are entitled to change our phone number from one network to another by requesting the PAC code from our operator, but i would like to take out a new contract on orange, and keep my old number.
I have been informed that i cant do this via orange, reading on these forums i think i found out that i can port my exisiting contract to a third party payg sim and then take out the new contract, then port the (original) payg sim to the new orange contract.
is this correct?
