On my K750i lens it says
4x Digital Zoom (i know wht tht means)
AF 4.8mm 1:2.8
On the N6680/6681
It says
4.5mm
1:3.2
the mm seems to be more on k750 and the ratio seems to be more on the Nokia. Any explainations would be really appreciated as in wht does the mm represent and the ratio thing.
thnx

You should visit a good photography site with tutorials. Here you can read more:
http://www.dpreview.com/learn/?/Glossary/Exposure/Aperture_01.htm
I could say that aperture 4.0 lets only half the light pass through than 2.8 does, so the exposure time would be twice longer.
Between 2.8 and 4.0 there are 3.2 (1/3 f-stop slower), 3.4 (1/2 f-stop slower) and 3.6 (2/3 f-stop slower).
Anyway you better read photo related tutorials.
I compared the angle view between K750 and a SLR camera with zoom lens: K750 has a lens equivalent 37mm wide angle lens.

dpreview is a good site for learning about these things, I agree.
4.8mm is the focal length--4.8 millimeters. f/2.8 is the aperture size. Generally, the lower the number for the aperture--the "f" number--the better. It means, as the PP said, that you can take pictures at faster shutter speeds, other things being equal. That means sharper pics, less motion blur and less noise.
The Nokia's focal length may not be directly comparable with the K750i's--you would also have to know the sensor size to see which is the wider angle lens. Whether wider (fewer mm's) is better is a question of taste.
