hi, in a couple of days im going to England for three weeks. im gonna be a monitor in a summer-school program with a group of spanish boys.
as i'll obviously bring my p910 with me all the time, i was wondering if i should buy a SIM card when i get there, so i can use it to get online (using my spanish sim card would probably be damn expensive). so i've realized how little i know about english operators.
would some of you give me some advice on this? i'd like to know what i will find there. is there any chance that i'll get free (or very cheap) internet for little money?
well, thank you for your advice.
i feel terrible about the terrorist attack in london. its like madrid over again. f*****g al-qaeda b*****ds. dont be afraid; you'll be stronger over this

The problem with that post is that he carries two devices. I'm going over from the US, and it looks for 900/1800 (p910i), O2 seems good. I have a p910a, but O2 recommends a 900Mhz phone (p910i). I'm gonna try Orange since that's more 1800Mhz oriented.
Good luck, and there's no safer place to be than London right now.

yeah the orange is gd, but with the o2 u wont need to register the sim etc + you get free wap with the right proxy settings. also worth checking out tesco sim. free wap with no registering either, pop in ur sim and away u go. it uses the o2 network.
if you need to use opera in the uk and u need to log in etc ie full yahoo mail or hotmail or other sites i wud reckomend orange as o2 pay and go doesnt save cookies outside the built in browser.
enjoy your stay in ole blighty!
