I have had a t68 since last November and recently was unable to turn up the volume during a call and then couldn't hear anything, when I tried to turn it up it said "listening volume 0/0" with no slider and wouldn't budge. When it went for repair all they did was a reset and it was ok, It has now done it again and I just want to reset it, not master reset I've tried it, does anyone know how to do this?? There must be an engineer menu, I've checked the mike and earpiece from the service menu and they are ok, the volume just won't turn up, it's not the slider either as I've checked that as well!!

the reset made to correct the volume problem can only be done through the EMMA software, meaning it can only be done by servicepoints.

I think the volume reset is only done as part of the master reset done by at a Service Point. Master reset makes other software changes which are rather delicate and is hence not available to the user but only to the Serive Point.

How much does it cost to get the phone reset? Did it take long? Who do you take it too? Any question is appreciated.

Thanks
