I'm deciding on a P910 to replace my Palm M500 and SE T610 combo. How long will a SE P910 last with ebook reading nonstop? Has anyone tried it out?

That depends on how fast you read

....well, on a fully charged battery and just using handy-book and nothing else.. i think it would last 24-30 hours... though i have never read an e-book at one go..

don't think you have much to worry about. Displaying text isn't exactly a processor heavy task. Sure, the screen has to be on, but if you keep the setting at like 60% brightness like me (that seems to be more than enough) then it will last forever.

Don't know whether this reply is germane to the thread, but on my 660
i've read Zen and the art of the Internet at one sitting, all 791 pages of it... Started with a fully-charged batt, ended with 3quarter batt. remaining...

that would be germane if you had done it on a P series phone. Still, it does somewhat prove that it doesn't require much more battery than standby.

I saw one movie and listen to 3 hours of mp3s and still 20% of battery left.
