my p910 wont sync.. if you put the p910 in the cradle .. the backup option popsup .. and i can copy/past files into the 910 .. but it wont sync

both mcafee and windows firewalls are off
and in sync settings the email option is checked

when i hit Synchronise .. nothing happens

any thoughts?
