Hi, I'm getting rid of my old k750i, and getting a new one due to the freezing problem, and the firmware update doesn't seem to work. I have got some great photos and videos of nights out that I want to keep. Can you just simply drag the folder containing the pics/vids onto your computer from the memory stick? (when connected to USB). Then can you just drag them back onto the new phone with the new memory stick?? Also, how do you copy your contacts and inbox items onto your SIM?

about the MS, yes you can just drag items off and then back on later. Just make sure they wind up in the same folder, otherwise your phone may not be able to find them.
