when you open the flip and go to edit >> view system information.

ok heres my question what is the PHONE code, Bluetooth code, organizer, CDA

theres a lot of letters and number so how do you know what firmware you have? in the phone or the cda?

sorry hope you undestand it confuse me any help to enlighten me is really appreciated

Organizer and CDA versions are important when you want your phone updated. Others are not significant for the average user.
