use the OBEX file transfer protocol (if your bluetooth dongle supports it)

if you've installed your BT driver correctly, you should be able to transfer files from your PC to your cell... try right-clicking on the bluetooth icon that appears on the taskbar (the icons that are beside the system clock) and explore the options...

... or you can just right click on the .jar file and "Send To>BlueTooth>yourdevicename" and it will automatically be installed into the Games folder in your K700.

K700i DateiManager.
since Games/Applications folders are protected, you can't explore them but for saving
jar files just send them to the root folder and take a look at your phone, you can choose either Games or Applications for the destination.
