Ever tried some offbeat wav sounds off ur pc? try the sounds from the pinball game(if using windows xp, try sound43.wav) or the default sounds (chord.wav) etc. Have a try at the startup and shutdown sounds, yahoo messenger sounds etc which r available on ur pc.......these r sinple files guranteed to attract attention, withou the need 4 u to hunt on the web too much

Well, I got some real cool sms tones... unfortunately I have no where online to make them available... so if someone can make them available for people, send me pm with your e-mail address and I'll send them.
