I have my contacts sorted into folders in Outlook (Personal etc). I created the same folders on my P910i but synching seems to create all sorts of errors. Mainly the entries are put into the SE unfiled category. Even synching folder by folder and using Contacts Manager to replace each SE folder with a new upload does not work properly - and that would be a one way true up The SE helpline says that they do not support this (now they tell me!). Any ideas?

The Outlook contacts/categories synchronisation issue is something that really needs to be sorted. Also why cant the jotter/notes be similarly colour coded like those in Outlook!?
