I dont know any wapsites with themes except the site you are on. But for free theme non-wap , here is one with a million: www.zedge.no , you have to register to download but its free...

The only problem is you have to know what theme you want to download first, eg find which theme you like on the website www.mobile9.com, then log on to the wap site on your phone and enter the code.
