We have produced some animated wallpapers for MediaPlazza. They have very tight size limits, for instance <15 kb for the 128*128 dimension. What size limits does other similar companies have, like Jamster? What is the typical size limit for animated wallpapers in the 128*128 dimension? Why do companies like MediaPlazza have so tight size limits? Modern mobiles can handle much larger gifs.
