> DSS-20/25 docking station help

I have a s700i with a DSS- 25 USB docking station, I see the phone icon when I plug the USB in, but when I try and plug the phone in the docking station the green tick switch it self on and off, so some times when I upload files on my s700i I will lose the connection.
does anyone have this problem?

Sorry if this sounds obvious but have you cleaned the contacts on the bottom of the phone and the sync station with a lint-free cloth? You can also use some VERY fine emmery paper to remove any corrosion.
