Hi,
Has anyone experience phone "hang" or "freeze" with this version of firmware? In the past 2 days, I have experience this hanging when trying to turn off infrared. Can't even turn the phone off using the power on/off button. I had to open the cover and remove the battery,put it back again to restart.
Is this a hardware problem or is it a known problem for R2AE033? What would be the best firmware version to update to for the K500i?
