> V600i Call Volume

I've tried the search and nothing came up, so I'm sorry if there's something already on this...
I received my V600i today and th call volume on it is almost non-existent!
It's turned up to max and I can barely hear it! Does anyone else with the V600i have this prob or is it just me?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
