> N3650 help plz

I've got my N3650 and my brother was playing aorund with it. Now when i switch it on, it just has the start up screen "NOKIA" and nothing else. It freezes and it stays on. Any ideas on what i can do. How can i reset the whole phone memory or something. I don't wanna take it to the dealer, it'll cost me 50US$ @ least.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

i know for sure that it's a file that my brother put in the actual phone memry which is @ drive C:\. tht is wht i caused it to freeze. now obviously i can't access drive C: and the only way i could think of is formatting the phone memory. Now how can i do that?
