I just want to mention that the theme for k750 that you can fin here : http://www.esato.com/logos/colour/k750themes.php?p=4 is a theme I have 100% made and is available at mobile nine,if you want to let it here just metion that I AM the author and not "classic man"

any themes you make i suggest that somewhere in there you write down who made it. i've done that to a theme i made to stop someone claiming its theirs.

i wouldnt say "stolen rights". Not once does it mention that it was created by Classic Man. Though, I guess he should have asked you to upload it.

replace xx by tt and the x in mobile by 9 because there is an automatic deletion of any mobile nine link in this forum
As you should know,I have uplaoded this theme 3 weeks ago to mobile nine when esato didn't have k750 themes in the free themes section

That was removed ages ago as far as I know.

When you put your name as author in the .xml file when you create the theme (works well with Lasyks myThemeCreator, not so great with SE's creator), I think esato has a script to read that field for uploaded themes. I know that was implemented for previous galleries such as T610 and K700 themes here and should avoid consusion
