I'm looking at getting a P910i to replace my present K700i and also to replace my Palm and would like to know how good the organiser section is as I use my Palm to store all my work and expenses details. Any help would be appreciated.

I think the organizer is really nice on the P910. The calendar and contacts are well organized. I don't how statisfied with the sync between pc and p910 you will be compared to a palm, but all in all most of it syncs well.
You can also buy 3rd party softwares that will help with keeping expenses, note, better organizing, etc. I highly recommend handy day as it is quite a nice software that keeps everything organized.

I agree with akao. Personally the contact section is sufficient for me. I use handy dates for my appointments and b-day etc. reminders. I sync my contacts only with outlook on win 98se, which works well.

What I need to do is to be able to make 2 or 3 entries for a day with a fir bit of writing in each, nothing to complicated

If you install handyday 2005 does it affect the way outlook sync's with the P910 eg if I add birthdays in handyday will they show up and repeat in Outlook or am I better off setting all these things up in Outlook in the first place (My phone is in a PC cradle both at office and at home)

One much under rated app is AquaCalendar!
Very customizable.
Contacts, Sheduler & Messages are *integrated* and even handles birthdays.

Does Aqua Calendar sync with Outlook Birthdays (i.e, through contact info)? I know that the regular sync does not and you have to manually put all b-days in as an event to have it show up.
