Does anyone know if there exists any version of Civilisation for SEP900?
Or if there is any port of Freeciv that fits the P900?
Or could someone make one?

There is no Civilization for P900. There is only the old one Micropose Civilization I, which is remade for Atari. And there is the Atari emulator for P900 as well. I have tried this on my P910i. It worked, but it is quite difficult to play...
