I have been late for work on several occasions because my daily alarm was muted since I left my phone on silent. Is there any fix for this? ie. can you make an adjustment so that the sound works on silent for daily alarms - OR - can you get a program that only sets your phone on silent for a specified period?
Nokia by comparisson sounds its alarm if your phone is on silent and will turn itself on for an alarm.
I also missed a plane flight because when I set my alarm I didn't notice it was set to 'Weekday' and my flight was on a Saturday! I'll accept full responsibility for that one though.
Also I'm finding sometimes the "Turn on keylock" is missing from my '#' menu and when I hit '# + 1' with haste I don't notice that I turn on silent and not keylock.
All suggestions appreciated. This situation is getting quite serious for me.
