is that not in the manual? also, i would not use the stylus to remove it! if you damage it you could end up scratching your screen. i used to just use my nails.
note: you may have to wait up to a week for your nails to be long enough.

This is not in the SE manaul (it may be in the Orange/Voda ones - I dont know).
This is the SE leaflet that came with the phone. As recommended elsewhere, and above, use something other than the stylus which is not really strong enough.
