> K508i to PC Connection problem

I have recently purchased a K508i along with a DCU - 11 cable.
I succesfully loaded in the software that came on the disc
IMAGE EDITOR
SOUND EDITOR
MMS HOME STUDIO
FILE MANAGER
All except the FILE MANAGER work fine i can upload mp3 and pictures
with no problem at all.
The problem is when i open the "my phones" icon on my desktop
all that is in the folder is a question mark saying not connected.
My mobile phone monitor says i am connected!
Can anyone shed some light on this problem for me?

ive left clicked & right clicked .nothing. its weird because the other programs recognise the phone :/
