hope i've posted this in the right section.
i need your help guys,everytime i get a voicemail i also get a text message to tell me i have a voicemail and now i'm unable to delete the text message saying i've got voicemail.can anyone help me please as it's taking up space in my inbox and i can't get shot of it.

yes have checked and deleted voicemail,but can't delete voicemail text message from message inbox.

Back up what you want from the phone to your PC and do a Master Reset.
