I got the same problem as you have, my understanding that the software is ready for XP. It wont work just like my CD comes with my t68i, I cant install it. you need to go back to 98, NT or ME

Just download the newest software.
In the software section of this forum, there is a a subject which is always at the top (green icon. "Sticky" post). The first post has links to the software. Don't try to find it on SonyEricsson website yourself, this is MUCH faster and better, I hadn't found half of what this post contains
Anyway you can download software R4A, and it works in XP for me. Various SE sites also have older versions of the software, so use the links in this forum.

gauge,
kabayan, my Windows XP works fine with the Ericsson software. I can burn you a copy of the CD, just replace me with a blank CDR. email me at
fhsogreen@yahoo.com if you want.

Hey well I emailed Sony Ericsson about this and they told me that they will release a patch nearer the end of this year which makes your T68i compatible with XP. But im sure the other guys ways work aswell.
