I can not install the update drivers and need help.

I have installed the software that came with my phone. I can see the folders on the phone via my computer and everything seems to work. However now when i try to install the update drivers I follow the instructions of turning off the phone...then holding down C Key connecting the USB cable....the only thing happens is that windows message box pops up and ask me how do I want to connect to the memory card...I do not get the update wizard to update the drivers.

I have found the K750i device in the hardware manager and tried to do an update there but it does not like the update drivers and refuses to install them...maybe i am trying to update the wrong devise.

Any suggestions on how to update the drivers.

did you press the 'c' in the keyboard or in your phone? make sure that you have pressed the 'c' in your phone.

I'm having the exact same problem as this until I realised it was the C key on the phone, not the keyboard you press.
Just thought I'd point that out for the thick ones like me!

Before using the update service, make sure you have all the drivers installed - 750_USB_Drivers and D750_K750_W800_Update_Service_USB_driver

when you are ask to remove phone and off for 20 seconds for the phone to fully shut down and then press "C" on the phone and plug in the usb cable, the computer when start the updating service.

You can load these drivers from :-
