i am planning to buy one of these real soon. when i am driving my scooter and my phone rings i can't answer. so i am looking for a bluetooth device that i can wear on my scooter and that can use auto answering.

i feel tht the HBH 20 would be better .. as they can stuff into your ear .. but you can really speak as the mic shld be outside your helmet .. if yours is a full face ..

Its my impression, that to use auto-answering with bluetooth headsets you have to use a T68 with the latest firmware upgrade (R2E 006).
The T39 and earlier T68 firmwares did not support this enabling auto-answer on BT devices.
I don't know about other manufacurers phones, but usually Ericsson are the best at BT. No rule without exceptions though

The auto-answer funktion doen´t work.
Does it work with firmware R2E006 ?

There was a thead only about auto-answering somewhere here. Search. I think only HBH-30 and -15 was mentioned (maybe -10), but if -30 and -15 works, so should -20, I guess.
Further, as this is a clear "problem"/error with your firmware, the shop should give you a free firmware upgrade.
There are quite a few other reasons to upgrade as well.
