with this great link, i go to seek nero recode 2, and i load in my computer, it is Nero recode 2.2.6.16, it not like in spawnweb.dk

In the Main menu, my nero recode don't have tab DVDs and Videos to Digital, it show only 3 tab, and i cannot enter to encode from VCD

if anyone know what nero recode version ??? please tell me
i thinks it is lower version but it give best result, because i want
to encode from VCD (.dat file)

Nero Digital is a plugin to Nero
You have to register a Nero Digital serial, to unlock these functions.
