I want to update my K750i because my camera doesn't work anymore, the people at the store said i could update my phone tru the official Sony-Ericsson site, but this doesn't work, it always says Unknown Error....
Can anyone help me fix my camera:(???

Updating the firmware wont fix the camera, it is likely that you have one of the batch where the camera connector is loose. You can either open up your phone and disconnect and reconnect the camera cable or send it away to SE repair centre.
I fixed mine my taking it apart.

Dont believe the story about the software. I emailed SE support about the camera issue and they said it was a firmware issue, but i fixed my phone by taking it apart. I'd love to know how they are going to fix that in a firmware update.
