When i try and install the pc suite cd rom that came with my phone i get an 'Error 1935' message and then all the installation rolls back! What can i do?

It might be because Mscoree.dll is in use when installing.
Try and restart your windows.
If that doesn't work then try and stop the Windows Installer service before installing:
1. Open Control Panel
2. Double-click Administrative Tools
3. Double-click Services
4. Right-click the Windows Installer service
5. Click Stop
Now try installing it again.
