Edit: I'm an eejit; I forgot that everything goes out through a proxy with NTL

Has anyone in England using ntl managed to download this? The service is detecting the proxy IP address rather than mine and giving me this:
This IP 62.252.*.* is not allowed to use the free-service anymore today. We detected very extreme downloads.
