i dunno if it was mentioned be4 (i did a search and found nothing) but when u set an MP3 as a ring tone.. all levels produce the same sound volume!!!
its like its either on of off to me now!!
my software is R1L002

I got R1L and I don't have that problem... Just checked it before posting this message -- changed my profile to Normal, called my phone, changed my profile to Office, called it again...
