ok im looking to get a k750, all yours seem to be black but the ones on ebay seem to be silver? is this correct?

it depends.. the black seems more popular amongst the stores but if you go to a sony centre they can order silver.
vodafone have branded silver versions. o2 use black ones, but i am sure the cpw online have an option to get silver.
