hello

i dropped my sonyericsson t68 and the button that is in the side of the phone is now broken.
that's not the problem!

the problem is that i can't hear people talking! the volume is too low
how can i change the volume in calls without having that button?

please help me because the phone like this is worthless

The volume control on the T68 is a silly little piece of plastic that is well known for doing a runner! If you're in the UK then I could post you a replacement (I used to repear T68's)

When you broke volume slider,a little bulge remains on the plastic beneath the slider (or where the slider was). Use a needle or something thin and push that bulge up just like you push your slider.It is enough to move it just once,then you can push the number on the keypad to set volume to desired level.

i know theres a white thing there that should go up o down, but it does nothing, i mean... if i move it up it should display the phone status like date, etc but it doesn't i think its broken

i live portugal... do you think they repair that kind of stuff? i got the button bu as i said the white thing is also broken

Yes,it can be fixed easy.Go to a service center or a mobile phone shop and ask for help.If it's only the slider broke,you can easy get a new one.But if complete mechanism is broken,then it will cost you some more money.
Try moving that plastic thing one more time,maybe it's just stucked.. It happened to me once.

it just moves around, left right even goes more inside the phone or out, i must take it to a service point or something.

I dont think there is another way... I was checking the phone manual this morning,and found nothing.You can change the volume only with the slider.Sorry
