> T630 to T637 conversion

Is this conversion possible through firmware? I note that T637 has PTT (Push-to-Talk) facility and would be interested in getting it on my T630. So the questions are,
1) Is this possible in a similar way for T610 to T630 upgrade? Or is that PTT dependent on some new HW that's uniquely available in the T637?
2) If possible, where can this be done?
3) If possible, can the freq bands be preserved for the T630 (for non-US use).
I've searched but can't find any related posts. Thanks.
