Hi all,

I've got a few questions on my new T68i.

1) When I have my HBH-30 headset switched on it is automatically answering the phone when it rings. I've recorded the 'Answer' and 'Busy' voice commands. But its not even asking me it just lets the caller through anyway. This is a real pain as I suddenly find someone is on my headset when I haven't asked for them to be transferred (especially as my headset is probably in my pocket at the time !).

2) If someone phones and I don't want to speak with them I press the 'No' button. But they then get a message that I am on another call and to leave a message. I just want it to divert directly to my voicemail without saying I'm on another call. I'm on the Vodafone network in the UK so is this something I need to configure somewhere ?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Mark

P.S. its a great phone !

For question #1, set SettingsHandsfreeAnswering Mode to Normal. Answer/Busy voice commands don't work with HBH-30; you have to press the button on the headset.

There is one thing i can't figure out: how to get the caller's name to play on the HBH-30 when a call comes in? It only plays on the phone's speaker, but not on the headset...

For the 2nd question >> slide down the volume key or press the C button to divert the call to voicemail. Its weird that if you press No key it indicates that you are on another call as I always press the No key and the call is transfered to voicemail directly. I am on UK Vodafone as well.
