I am using the USB lead supplied with the K750i at work and it is draining my phone instead of charging, it says charging when I first plug it in but after checking the power level keeps reducing, tested on all 3 of my work PCs

My phone charges ok on my home PC which is a USB hub built into my Monitor base.

This could be a problem if some USB ports don't work as I am getting an extendable USB lead for travelling, guess I will have to get a small travel charger too!

Maybe you can only use 'High Powered' USB ports?

I am getting the same issue. I bought a martin fields sync charger (USB) and realised it pulls down the battery level on my K750i instead of charging it.

First I tried on my notebook, then on straight from my PC USB port.
Finally I used an AC-to-USB adapter , which is a plug that sticks straight into the mains and you can stick in a USB cable for charging.

Same problem observed throughout.

Any comments by anyone?

this happened to me too. i think u can only charge it with high powered usb ports and maybe the power supply rating of your psu affects the ability to charge the phone via usb?

i think this problem is due to using USB port which gives low power
max power given by USB is 500mA which is enough, but some PCs can provide only 250mA. this could be enough when your battery is new but after 2 or 3 monthes of usage, you would use abetter USB port.

One possibility is that those USB ports are USB 1 compliant only, which delivers low power -- not enough for charging.

I've got the same issue...if my USB port and charge, power and run my iPod, charge my s700i why can't it charge the K750i

I've managed to get it to charge to about 90% but then it hovers around...

If mines at 100% in the morning and I go into work and upload some photos, and leave it plugged into the USB 2.0 socket all day, it has around 80% Charge. Its So Annoying!

You need to install the K750/W800 drivers on the PC for USB charging to work properly!

I can charge using my USB 2 hub on my PC. It takes a long time to charge even a few percent, though.
