did anyone can help me out?? i need some software to convert RM & RMVB files into 3GP files. or any software which can convert RM & RMVB files into mpeg files also can... please help~~

Mpeg direct maker is the one I use. It has a specific RM converter with it. But its not free.
Im not sure if PV author does providing you have downloaded the Real Codecs or Real Alternative codecs which are availble in the Klite codec pack.
Will just mention though, I have failed to find anybody that has successfully encoded a rm file into a decent different file format. From my experiance they are the wort type of files to convert from.

check videohelp.com->how to guides; for a rm-to-avi conversion or some format that is supported by your native converter app.
Somtimes you can't go from a-to-b, gotta go from a-to-b-to-c.
