> DCU-11 /K508i connection problem

i recently purchased a dcu cable for my k508i, everything worked fine until i decided to play around and synchronise my phone & pc!
Since then my phone is not recognised as connected, i have even bought a new cable but it still wont connect please help! all the ports etc seem fine and the cable itself is recognised, has a setting been changed somewhere
