on my t630 when my phone was turned off, and i got sent a text, when i recieved it after turning it on the the time would be the time the text was sent. however, with my k700i this is not the case, the time the text says, is the time i recieve it after turning the phone on, not when it was sent.

is there anyway of fixing this?

It shouldnt do. The times come from the network as far as I know.

I thought if you went to more/details it then said the time it was sent and the time it was recieved.

Though give me if I'm wrong been a while since I used the K700. But it works on the K750.

Well, k508 indicates both the times of sent and received. This message was posted from a WAP device

Just looked at my v800 and if you select more on the inbox then it shows me when it was sent and when it was received.

yeh, i know it says the time, but the point is the time is wrong!!

imaging you sent me a message at 840am, and my k700i was off, i turn my phone on when i get up at 907am, and after a few secs i recieve your text.

the time, in the details bit in the inbox when the message recieved says 907am.

on my t630 it would say 840.....

why is this?

edit, i see no that in details that there is both sent and recieved times, thanks guys.
