I have tried unsuccessfully to update the firmware on my K750i.
Can someone help?

I have the same problem, I turn off then reconnet the lead holding the C button, the phone powers up and thats it, nothing

I had problems at first, then after installing the usb updated drivers, and then restarting my pc, then reconnect the usb cable and phone. Then do the update. Worked no problems after that
