Does anyone know a cheap contract and cheap handset price for this phone.

dabsmobile have a good deal.
free V3 + bluetooth headset, £4.99 for 8 months and £30 for 4 months making it £159.92 but you get an extra £10 rebate if you order online
I've used dabsmobile before without issue. They resell dial-a-phone stuff

How does that deal work in simple tersm, is a cheque that you recieve money back off after a few months of paying FULL £30 line rental? or is it just simple £4.99 a month for the 1st 8months?
Any help much appreciated

Its that month 15 part that puts me off, its a 12month contract but to get the full discount you have to stay till month 15?! Just my opinion and thats why for the past 7years i have always had PAYG sim cards
