Ok ive formatted my pc from the start up floppy all was fine cd rom changed to E: so i typed E:/setup to install windows and i get the message 'This program must be run under win32'

/ someone please explain wot im supposd to do lol ive dug n dug thru google n cant find anythin relatin to win32 after format. Any help will be much appreciated cheers

Insert ur cd and set the first boot up device as cd rom and u will get a message confirming boot 4m cd and a non win32 setup will open This message was posted from a T68i

Thanx but When i set to boot from cd it says 'invalid system disk'

Sounds like you have an upgrade disk rather than a complete os disk. If this is the case then you are screwed. Try to get a full disk from ebay. This message was posted from a WAP device

duno if its an upgrade ive installed it b4 on top ov d old one it didnt say anythin about bein an upgrade disk. Cant install anything older coz iv only d one windows disk and i cant go on ebay coz now me pc's dead the only access i av is thru wap lol

i think you might need to get windows 98 and then run an xp installtion after 98 has installed, i belive 98 is the last windows that installed from msdos.
