i had the one of the first 750's out which had the crashing/freezing problem. ive put up with it for ages and read many posts on here about upgrading and mine wouldnt do it online.
anyway to cut a long story short an arsey email to o2, and a day later i recieve a brand new replacement phone. i'd advise anyone with problems to stop messing about and get a new one for free! wahoo
