can dss-25 be used for updating software of k750i and k508i from seus?

K750 - no, the dss-25 isn't USB. (That is it doesn't use the new SE fastport connector) You'd need the CDS-60
K508i - shoudln't be a problem as it uses the older connector, IF there is an update service available online for the phone.

no, not K750, this comes with a new different fastport that doesnt connect to the dss-25, but it also comes with an usb cable in the box to do the updates with instead.

The K700i uses the DSS-25 for firmware updates. Goto sonyericsson.com and goto the support pages.
