> How do I put music for ringtone on my k750?

Hey Guys, I need some help as I have brought a k750 but have no idea how to copy a song from cd on to it as a ring tone? Or can't I do that?
Thanks for any advice you can give me and sorry for being retarded as I'm sure its more than likely easy to do...

Back up the song as a mp3 file then copy it to your phone by using the usb cable or a memory stick reader if you got one.
Then enter "File Manager" on your phone find your mp3 select "more" -> "use as" -> "ringtone"

Cool but I don't even know how to back up cd as an mp3? do I need a program to do that? I only have Itunes for my I-pod will that help?
