The 3.55mm K750 adaptor acts as an adapter for headphones. The question is, I want to use my 3.5mm headset with MIC with it, will the MIC work??
Is the adapter wired to the stereo headphones as well as a possible mic?
any ideas??

If you're talking about the sort of headphones you use with a PC with an attached mic then you'd need to wire on the 3.5mm plugs yourself for that.
The HPM 70 has the 3.5m jack on top of the mic, so wouldn't work with what you're wanting.

If you're talking about this (below), then no you cant use a mic with it.
A headset has an extra connector for the mic.
If you want to use your headphones as a handsfree you need to either mod your existing handsfree or buy the HPM-70 (that comes with W800i). HPM-70 has a connector on the mic/answer button part.
