AFAIK, It is available in Tamilnadu and Chennai.

What kind of config changes in handset?
In PC, i just have to go to my bluetooth places (i use widcomm generic 1.4.xx), dial-up-networking, and dial *99***1# ? with no username and password...?

nothing specific.after activating bt go to start--> connection --> bt gprs (not bt dial up)
n i use *99# not the one mentioned by u but that may be region specific. no username n password required

If you have a nokia handset go connectivity > GPRS modem and enter the correct APN of that service. The APN for mobile office is airtelgprs.com, for MMS is airtelmms.com and for AirTel live is airtelfun.com. In the last two APN you will be able to connect if you have those services but you will not be to surf.

Now to connect if you have a Sony Ericsson. The dial up no needs a change.
1. First go to connectivity > data accounts.
2. Select any profile and click more. Go to settings or something of that sort. At some point u'll see Externel ID. Note this id. Now simply replace 1 in the dial up no. with this externel id no.
