about the playlists

I couldn't figure out how to drag songs into or create folders. is that something you can do on the phone itself?

so, a song needs to be actually stored in that folder to be in that "playlist" there's nothing like a playlist that just refers to a song in your library that tells it to play?

Just order your oggfiles in folders as you want (with Sman) before you update your oggplayer (find new files function).
About skip issue, I use dbpoweramp and got that problem but just in very few cases. I hate it but I can live with it considering oggplayer a free app and ogg format a great audio format.

Yeah, either use Sman to move your files around, or if you have a memory card reader, just use your pc to move around the files to different folders, like I do. Yeah, there isn't actually a playlist file, to my knowledge, that will just tell you which files to play that are in just one location. I haven't really read the manual or help for oggplay, if there is one.

Oh, I've finally tried dbpoweramp. Still the same results. I already set the quality to 10, with each ogg file being 12MB, and the song still skips in the beginning. Oh well, its a free prog, so I can't really complain. Might upgrade to Unreal or powermp3 once I feel like it.

The "skip phenomenon" happens whenever the screensaver start, that's y it's usually on the 1st track. I think because it eats some internal memory... Just turn screensaver off if u can.

Hmmmm, I'm not sure about that screensaver issue. Not sure how turning off the screensaver will prevent the skipping. Everytime I just skip to a new track, it will play, then start pausing/skipping. The phone's not really going into screensaver mode, so wonder how that affects it.

P.S. Oh yeah, I actually have the screensaver turned off. Anyway, it seems like I'll be purchasing unrealplayer, because of sound quality.

In my case its not related to screensaver (never use it), just its a bug issue I guess...
